SHI GUEL HANDICRAFTS

Natural Fibers and Basketry

OAXACA

At Shi Guel... art is born from the earth. We wash the wool in the river with amole and extract vibrant colors from nature: moss, indigo, walnut shells, and flowers. We spin and dye by hand. Each design is a challenge of patience and mastery that comes to life after ten-hour days at the pedal loom. They are unique pieces that embody months of pure dedication and heritage. Shi Guel... Tradition woven with the soul.
