I am Sandra P. Martinez Alvarez del Castillo, born in Mexico City. My workshop is called Sandra Martinez art_glass. I create unique glass pieces (glass fusing, thermoforming, stained glass, etc.).
I was born in my father's workshop; he was a Master of Fine Arts, a graduate of San Carlos, and dedicated his entire life to glass.

To do my work I use various types of glass (window glass, recycled bottles and colored glass)
¿Cómo es el proceso de elaboración de una pieza?
The process begins with the design of the piece, cutting, glazing, baking and assembly of the pieces; we use medium temperature ovens (700-830 °)
